Send and receive text messages using the POWER Text Messaging feature*
39.250With the new POWER Two-Way Text Messaging feature, you can send important updates to customers who prefer to correspond by text messages, such as notifying customers when their special order (SPO) parts are receipted. General Systems
Two new color themes available for POWER
39.500New Retail Anywhere and Gray and Blue themes provide a more modern appearance to POWER. To use one of these new color themes, simply select the corresponding option in the Theme field on the Preferences window, as normal.
Identify dlrSecured administrators using a new column
39.250System administrators can now identify employees assigned the enterprise admin role using a new column on the dlrSecured Identity Management website. When an employee is assigned the enterprise admin role for dlrSecured, Administrator displays in the new “Administrator” column on the User Search screen.
Display data in graph format
39.250Reports and list boxes throughout POWER have been enhanced to display data in graph format. Using the new Select Data for Chart window, you can define the data to include on a graph and customize the graph display. Once the graph data is defined, you can review the graph using the new Chart window. For more information on how to display reports or list boxes as graphs, see pgs. 6-9 in the 39.250 Program News.
New option to stay signed on to dlrSecured
39.250A new option is available to allow you to stay signed on to dlrSecured Identity Management after closing all windows in POWER. While you remain signed on to dlrSecured, you can close and reopen POWER without signing on again.
Enhanced format for links display
39.250Links throughout POWER are now only underlined when you hover the mouse cursor over the link and display in an alternate color for a more modern design.
Increased security when installing Software Manager
39.250POWER Software Manager is now installed using a signed executable for increased security. When installing the SMGDownload.exe file, you are now prompted to enter the hostname or IP address for the server on the Select Server window.
dlrSecured Identity Management
Confirm dlrSecured verification methods
39.500When adding a new verification method for dlrSecured Identity Management, employees can now be required to enter a verification code. With this enhancement, verification methods are confirmed before being added, which can help prevent instances where employees incorrectly set up verification methods.
Define settings for the dlrSecured Stay Signed On feature
39.500With the new Stay Signed On setting, you have increased flexibility to determine if employees can remain signed on to dlrSecured after accessing POWER, which can be particularly useful at dealerships where employees typically share PCs. For more details on how to define the settings, see pgs. 2-3 in the 39.500 Program News.
Review when dlrSecured passwords are updated
39.500System administrators can now use the dlrSecured Identity Management website to identify when employees change their dlrSecured passwords or when administrators reset passwords. When the password for an employee is updated, an entry displays on the Log Search screen, and a description of the change displays in the text column.
Set dlrSecured Identity Management display mode
39.500Sign-on windows for dlrSecured Identity Management now automatically display in Light mode if an employee has not previously updated the display mode. To display a window in Dark mode, simply click the (Dark Mode) button. To redisplay a window in Light mode, click the (Light Mode) button. When this setting is adjusted, dlrSecured Identity Management sign on windows automatically display in the selected mode the next time the window is accessed.
Use current time zone for dlrSecured Identity Management reporting
39.500The user’s current time zone is now automatically used for reports and logs on the dlrSecured Identity Management website.
New role available in dlrSecured Identity Management
39.500The Assistant Enterprise Admin role is now available for the dlrSecured Identity Management website. Users with the role of Assistant Enterprise Admin can edit basic information for other users, including updating employee names and resetting passwords, but cannot update the enterprise configuration settings.
Access records in FOCUS from the RDA using dlrSecured*
39.500When you are enrolled in dlrSecured Identity Management using the same email for both POWER and the Digital Retail Platform, you no longer need to enter your credentials before you can define preferences for accessing records in FOCUS.
Integrated Document Management
Verify dropped documents using a new report
39.250System administrators must now request a “drop report” before performing an IDM drop. This report displays documents that will be deleted from the IDM Server when the next drop is performed. Once the report has been requested, report information can be verified and the documents can be dropped from the server. For more information on this new report, see pgs. 25-27 in the Program News.

New CAI courses available for cybersecurity
39.250Information Security CAI courses are now available for employees to help them learn how to protect dealership data from cybersecurity breaches and asset theft. These courses are designed to educate your employees on information security best practices to help meet the FTC Safeguards Rule requirements.
ReyPAY®
Add credit card surcharges to ReyPAY transactions*
39.500You can now add credit card surcharges to ReyPAY transactions processed by Worldpay to help cover the cost of processing credit card payments. For more details on how to define the settings for these surcharges, see pgs. 5-6 in the 39.500 Program News.
Collect charitable donations with ReyPAY Transactions*
39.500You can now collect charitable donations from customers when accepting payments processed by Worldpay using the credit card terminal. Using new fields on the Worldpay Specs tab on the ReyPAY Options window in the Management Accounting Options System and Service Options system, you can define settings to allow customers to enter a custom amount to donate or to select from predefined donation amounts.
Automatically report level III data for ReyPAY transactions
39.000Level III data is now automatically reported to credit card companies for eligible ReyPAY transactions processed by WorldPay. This data is only transmitted for commercial or government transactions and includes line-item details beyond what is required for consumer transactions, such as the shipping ZIP code and tax amount.
Reynolds Integrated Telephone System
Multiple enhancements available for parked calls in various RITS applications
39.250You can now park calls into a specific parking lot using new options in the RITS Desktop application, RITS Operator console, and the RITS phone. Parking lots can now be set up for each store, department, or even individual phone station, and you can retrieve calls from a parking lot by dialing either the new primary extension for the parking lot or the specific extension where the call is parked, as normal. For more details on this enhancement, see pgs. 13-14 in the 39.250 Program News.
Sign on to the MyRITS app using dlrSecured
39.250You can now use dlrSecured Identity Management to sign on to the MyRITS app by entering a User ID that is enrolled in dlrSecured in the User Name field or tapping the new Sign In with dlrSecured button on the MyRITS login screen. The Enter Your Password window or the Enter Your Email User ID window displays, where the dlrSecured sign-on process can be completed as normal.
Biometric authentication is now available for the MyRITS app
39.250The new biometric authentication feature is now available for you to sign on automatically and redisplay the last screen you accessed in the MyRITS app. Using biometric authentication, you can verify your identity using the facial, fingerprint, or iris recognition features on your cell phone. For more information on how to utilize biometric authentication, see pgs. 16-18 in the 39.250 Program News.
Assign parking lot groups and define hold music settings for parked calls
39.250New Parking Lot Group fields and options are available in the RITS Administration Console to allow you to assign parking lot groups to phone stations and customize the hold music for parked calls. For more information about this enhancement, refer to page 13 in Program News.
Updates to Reynolds Terminal Server host names
39.250When the MyRITS app is updated to version 2.75 for iPhone or version 2.21 for Android phones, any legacy POWER Server Device (PSD) host name entered in the PSD Host field on the MyRITS Settings screen is automatically updated to display as X.m.reyrey.net, where “X” is the server name associated with your dealership. New MyRITS users will always enter the host name in this format.
Control employee switch toggling in MyRITS app
39.250You can now control whether employees can toggle the RITS Call Twinning switch and the RITS Call Forwarding switch in the MyRITS app. To grant an employee access to modifying the call twinning and call forwarding settings, select the RITS Desktop Application > Actions > Manage Twinning/Call Forwarding Settings check box on the Security Access screen in the Security Profiles (SEC) System.
Record custom messages for AVN calls
39.000You can now record custom messages for automated voice notification (AVN) calls that are sent to parts and service customers. Previously, only the name of the dealership could be customized for AVN calls. Now, you can include other helpful information, such as dealership hours, vehicle drop-off options, or special instructions, in a voice that is potentially more familiar to customers.
Updates to call queue rotations
39.000When call queue rotations are enabled, RITS Administrators can now define how soon queue members can begin receiving calls after the queue member deactivates the Do Not Disturb (DND) status on their phone or rejects a call. To define this setting, access the Queue Options screen in the RITS Administration Console. In the new Agent DND Retry Time field in the Routing Agent Behavior section, enter the number of seconds that must elapse before calls can be received.
Dealer Communication System
Automatically transmit open repair orders to Porsche
39.250At Porsche dealerships, open repair order information is now automatically transmitted to Porsche using the Open Repair Order interface.
Retrieve vehicle invoice information using new Vehicle Invoice Service interface*
39.000The new Vehicle Invoice Service (VIS) interface is available for General Motors (GM) dealerships. This interface is used to automatically retrieve daily vehicle invoices from GM and add the corresponding vehicle records to the Vehicle Inventory System. In addition, a vehicle invoice file can be automatically retrieved when a vehicle is included as a trade-in vehicle on a deal. You can also manually retrieve invoices using the new GM Vehicle Invoice Service window. For step by step directions on how to manually request a vehicle invoice, see pages 4-5 in Program News.

Multiple enhancements available for PRC inquiries
39.500Multiple enhancements have been added to the PRC Inquiry screen and the Select screen to help you locate and review PRCs. PRC Inquiry screen and Select screen enhancements include:
- Search for record number associated with PRC type.
- Search by PRC client number.
- Review recently accessed PRCs.
- Display all PRCs om the search results at once.
- View additional PRC details.

Enhanced integration with the Parts system
39.500When a PRC is created from the Parts system, special order parts information is now automatically entered on the PRC. In addition, if a salesperson/project includes special order parts, the parts are now automatically entered on the PRC, and the SPO parts are receipted when the PRC is receipted.
Define quick codes for sublet PRCs
39.250You can now define up to 30 quick codes for sublet Purchase Requisition Controls using the new Quick Code Definition screen in the PRC Options system. To access the Quick Code Definition screen, select PRC Options System > Functions > Quick Code Definition or click the Quick Code Definition link on the PRC Options main Ppge. To define quick codes, simply enter the two-character quick code in the QC field, enter the quick code definition in the corresponding Description field, and press the F12 key.
Notify employees of PRCs ready for review using email
39.000Using the new Send To User ID/DList window, you can enter a specific User ID or distribution list to send notification messages for PRCs to review. This enhancement can be useful for obtaining approval for a PRC when the employee who typically approves the PRC is unavailable. For more information on this enhancement, see page 33-34 in Program News.
Transfer sublet PRC lines to the Service System separately
39.000You can use a new option to transfer lines on a sublet PRC to the Service System as separate charges so that the charges can be itemized on the invoice. To transfer the lines as separate charges, simply select the new Split Lines check box on the PRC Entry screen. When the PRC details are transferred to the Service System, an individual entry is created on the Other Charges screen for each line of the PRC.
Define security access for PRC approval by specific PRC type
39.000System administrators can use new security items in the Security Profiles (SEC) System to grant or restrict security access for first and second level approval of PRCs by specific PRC type. For more information on how to define security access, see pages 36-38 in Program News.
The following PRC security items have been added on the Security Access screen:
- Approve (1st Level) a PRC from PRC Entry (F7). This security item is used to grant access for first level approval of PRCs from the PRC Entry screen.
- Approve (1st Level) a PRC from PRC Inquiry (F7). This security item is used to grant access for first level approval of PRCs from the PRC Inquiry screen.
- OK (2nd Level) a PRC from PRC Entry (F7). This security item is used to grant access for second level approval of PRCs from the PRC Entry screen.
- OK (2nd Level) a PRC from PRC Inquiry (F7). This security item is used to grant access for second level approval of PRCs from the PRC Inquiry screen.

This option is used to display cumulative total amounts for specific details in a list on reports and on the Schedule Inquiry screen in the MAC System.
Streamlined process for posting uploaded data*
39.250New functionality is now available for Online Posting Data Upload (PDU) to allow you to upload and post accounting data files using a more efficient process. Using the new Online PDU feature, you can improve your data upload and posting process. For more details on this, see pgs. 52-57 in the 39.250 Program News.
Review payment distribution information for electronic payments*
39.250You can now review payment distribution information for electronic payments processed using Reynolds Electronic Payments directly in the Management Accounting (MAC) system. Now, payment distribution information is automatically requested five times daily for successfully released payments waiting to be distributed. Once a payment is successfully distributed and the information is received, you can review the payment status, payment method, and effective date in the MAC system, which is helpful when a vendor is inquiring about a payment.
Payroll
Define negative deductions for employees
39.500You can now define employees’ paychecks to automatically include negative deductions using the Deductions screen. Negative deductions can be used to reimburse employees for costs such as cell phone bills. For details on how to add a negative deduction, see pgs. 42-43 in the 39.500 Program News.
Set up additional health coverage codes for 1095-C forms
39.500Additional coverage codes can now be included on 1095-C forms. To define settings for the new codes, simply select the corresponding code in the Line 14 Code field. Make entries in the remaining fields, and press the F12 key, as normal. Once defined, these codes can be assigned to employee records in the PAY system.
Vacation/Time-off paystub enchancement
39.000When an employee’s paycheck stub is printed with Vacation/Time-Off information, details for up to four Vacation/Time-Off (VTO) plans now automatically print on the paycheck stub.
Bar codes included on laser form paychecks*
39.000You can now include bar codes on laser form paychecks so that the documents can be easily saved electronically. This enhancement is only available if the Laser Forms Print System and the Integrated Document Management System or the Image-Based Document Retrieval System are licensed. To activate this feature, contact your POWER Software Consultant.
Revised W-4 check box for Colorado dealerships now available
39.000For dealerships in the state of Colorado, the Revised W-4 check box on the Taxes screen and the Edit Taxes window is now available when entering state withholding information. Previously, this check box was only available when entering federal withholding information. When this check box is selected, the Two- Job Household field, the Dependent Credit field, the Other Income field, and the Deductions field become available, where the corresponding entries from the W-4 form can be entered.

New and renamed job categories available on the General Job Data screen
39.500The options in the Job Category field on the General Job Data screen have been updated to reflect changes to job categories as defined by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). For the full list of new and renamed options, see pgs. 51-52 in the 39.500 Program News.

Display NAD aging amounts using calendar months
39.500When the Calendar Aging feature is set up, aging amounts display in calendar months, as opposed to 30-day increments, on screens throughout the NAD system and on NAD reports, similar to the Calendar Aging feature in the Management Accounting system.
Schedule Detail window redesigned
39.500Schedule numbers in the Schedule column now display as links. Click a link or the new Schedule Details (F10) button for a schedule to display the Schedule Inquiry screen in the Management Accounting system, where details for the schedule can be reviewed. In addition, total amounts now display at the bottom of the window.

Enter battery capacity for electric vehicles
39.500Employees can now enter the battery capacity of electric vehicles using the new Battery Capacity (kWh) field on the Sold Vehicle screen.
Save electronic consents and menu disclosures to Deal Jacket*
39.500Electronic signature consents for the docuPAD® system are now automatically saved to the Deal Jacket screen in the FIN system. In addition, using new options on the Document Type Maintenance screen in the FIN Options system, managers can enable the electronic signature and menu disclosure document types for saved, scanned, or imported documents on the Deal Jacket screen. Exclude blank pages from scanned documents
39.500A new feature in the Finance and Insurance Options system is available for managers to define whether blank pages are saved when scanning documents for deals in the FIN system or the docuPAD system.

My Reports and Inquiries folder now available
39.250The My Reports and Inquiries folder is now available in the Finance and Insurance (FIN) system, allowing you to easily access a link to the Late Vehicle Costs window in the Folder List. To access the Set Up My Favorites screen, where the link can be added, click the (Settings) icon on the My Reports and Inquiries folder or select Tools > Set Up My Favorites.
Multiple enhancements on the PDF Viewer window
39.000You can now more easily save and print documents on the PDF Viewer window. To save the document, simply press the F8 key or click the new Save (F8) button. To print the document, press the F12 key or click the new Print (F12) button. In addition, new buttons are available in the Preview section for you to zoom in or zoom out on the document. To access the PDF Viewer window, click the View link on the Deal Jacket screen, as normal.

39.250You can now use dlrSecured Identity Management to sign on to the docuPAD workstation. When a user name enrolled in dlrSecured is selected on the Available Users window, the Enter Your Password window displays, where the dlrSecured sign-on process can be completed as normal.
Document signing history for electronic forms now available using new report
39.000The new docuPAD Forms Audit report can be created for specific forms that were signed electronically to provide lenders or third parties with a detailed history of the signing ceremony. For more detailed steps on how to access this report, see pages 11-16 in Program News.
Vehicle Inventory
Include vehicles in batch inventory files based on vehicle status
39.500New options are available on the System Options screen in the VIN Options system to allow you to define whether vehicles in specific statuses are included in batch inventory files sent to Reynolds Certified Interface (RCI) vendors. To include a vehicle status in batch inventory files, simply select the Active check box and the new Send To Third Party check box for the vehicle status on the New or Used tab in the reorganized Physical Status Codes section.

Prevent posting costs for sold and posted vehicles
39.000Using new options, you can define whether to allow posting to cost of sales general ledger (G/L) accounts for all vehicle records or individual vehicle records with a physical status of Gone and a financial status of Posted. You can also use new options to allow posting of cost of sales transactions for these vehicles for a specified time period after the document date for the vehicles. For more information on this enhancement, see pages 17-19 in Program News.

39.000The Vehicle Data Transfer (VDT) application allows dealership personnel to securely provide access to their vehicle inventory information to a third-party web site, where potential customers can search for vehicles on the Internet. Service
Automatically send reservation confirmations*
39.500Emails and SMS text messages can now be automatically sent to customers to notify them when reservations are scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled in the Service system. Settings for these automatic messages are defined using the new Additional Reservation Options screen in the Service Options system. For more information on how to set this up, see pgs. 28-30 in the 39.500 Program News.
Search for drivers by license plate number
39.500Using a new option, you can now search for drivers by license plate number on the Driver Lookup window. The Driver Lookup window can be accessed by pressing the F4 key on the Basic Data screen.
Refresh links displayed in the Folder List
39.500Service employees can now refresh links in the Folder List to display up-to-date counts using the new Service Functions → Refresh Navigation Cards menu option. In addition, a new F10 = Refresh function key is available on screens accessible from the Service Tasks – Reservations folder for employees to display updated reservation information.
Identify where costs are posted on invoices
39.500When multiple labor lines are written off to different general ledger (G/L) accounts on a single service invoice, the amounts are now printed separately for each G/L account in the Summary of Charges section on the invoice, helping you identify where costs have been posted.
Eliminate final bill invoicing for Gone or Posted vehicles
39.500If settings are defined to prevent posting costs for vehicles with a physical status of Gone and a financial status of Posted, personnel can no longer final bill service invoices for the vehicles. A message window now displays when attempting to preliminary bill or finalize the repair order on the Service Invoice Calculations screen to indicate that posting to the inventory general ledger account is not permitted. In addition, the literal “Stock vehicle is on ‘stop’” now displays in the Attention section.
Automatically send service invoices using email messages
39.250Service invoices can now be sent to customers automatically as attachments to email messages using the Email Invoicing feature. Using new options in the Household/Driver Tracking system, Name and Address system, and Service system, you can define Email Invoicing settings for service customers. After these settings have been defined, documents can be sent using email messages when you bill final invoices. For more information on how to automatically send service invoices, see pgs. 40-45 in the 39.250 Program News.
Automatically update clock hours on repair orders using the Service Department Scheduling System*
39.000Clock hours on open repair orders are now automatically updated based on the hours entered on time cards in the Service Department Scheduling System. When a time card is added or updated for a repair order using the Technician Time Card screen, the Clock Hrs field on the Flag Labor Time screen is automatically updated based on the entries on the time card. In addition, using new check boxes on the SDS/TEC/TTR Options screen in the Service Options System, managers can define whether time cards can be updated after the corresponding repair order is preliminary billed.
Increased flexibility to send notification emails for confirmed reservations*
39.000Managers can now define whether a notification email is automatically sent to customers when a reservation is confirmed or whether personnel are prompted to send an Email message when a reservation is confirmed. This setting is defined using the new Send Email when Confirming Reservation field on the Required Fields for Reservations screen in the Service Options System.
Print estimates for unflagged labor lines*
39.000Estimated labor charges for unflagged labor lines can now be included with diagnostic estimates and technician recommendations when printing estimates for customers. Previously, only labor charges for flagged labor lines could be included on estimates. In addition, using a new check box on the Print Diagnostic/SUT Estimates window, you can prevent parts details, such as the description and price, from printing on estimates for labor lines.
Increased ability to add general ledger acccounts
39.000You can now enter up to 50 general ledger (G/L) accounts in the Valid G/L Accounts for use in Flag Labor Time section on the Policy Adjust and Charge To Accounts screen in the Service Options System. Previously, 25 G/L accounts could be entered.
Parts
Review service reservations without parts tickets
39.500Using the new Include Service Only Reservations check box on the Back Counter Options window, you can define whether reservations that do not have corresponding parts tickets are included in the reservations displayed on the Reserve Parts for Reservations screen, accessed from the My Parts Tasks folder.
Drill down to the Parts Entry screen for reservations
39.500You can now drill down to the Parts Entry screen for a reservation directly from the Reserve Parts for Reservations screen. The reservation numbers in the Resv column on the Reserve Parts for Reservations screen now display as links. Prevent the entry of receipt notes and additional charges when receipting parts
39.500New options are available in the Parts Options system to allow you to disable the entry of receipt notes and the use of a factor when receipting parts,
Display information in calendar month increments
39.500If the Calendar Aging feature is set up for the Name and Address system, fields in the NAD Information section on the Add Record screen are updated and display information in calendar month increments rather than 30-day increments.
Display invoice header in subject line of emails
39.500At dealerships where a central Name and Address client number is used, information from the dealership NAD record (999990) for the current client number now displays in the invoice header and in the subject line of the email when sending parts invoices to customers in emails. Previously, information from the dealership NAD record for the central client number was used.
Retain deposits for canceled special orders
39.250When canceling a special order for which a customer has already paid a deposit, you can now indicate whether the deposit should be retained by the dealership or credited back to the customer using a new field on the Create Credit Invoice window.
Search for and select vendors for reports

Review additional parts information on the Online Transaction Journal report*
39.250You can now review the product line, group, and description of parts on the Online Transaction Journal report in dynamic format. This information displays in the new Product Line column, the Group column, and the Part Description column.

- Stock Movement (L6)
- Update Source by Price Markup (SM)
- Physical Inventory List (PI)

Create parts quote projects for customers who have exceeded the credit limit
39.000When an employee without access to override credit limits adds a quote project for a customer who has exceeded his credit limit, a new window displays. Using this window, the employee can create a quote project or add a credit project as normal. If a quote project is created, the credit limit must still be overridden by an employee with appropriate security access before the quote project can be rolled to a parts invoice.
